How long does it takes to ship?
Shipping Within the US usually takes 3-7 Business days. International shipping can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on how far the country is.
What's your refund policy for returns?
Candles cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we will gladly replace or refund any products that were damaged during transit. If your candle was damaged during shipment, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of damage. What to do when the flame keeps going out?
Proper candle care entails trimming the wicks every time you're ready to light it again. To accomplish this, you can use a wick trimmer, scissors, or nail clippers.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our 9oz, candles burn for approximately 40-50 hours. Burning times are best achieved when candle care instructions are fully followed.
Why is black smoke coming out of my candle?
Before each burn, be careful to cut the wick to 1/8 inch. Simply use your fingers to pinch off the charred ends. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours because all candles emit black smoke when burned for an extended length of time.
Why won’t my candle light? Why is the flame so weak?
This occurs when you cut your wick too short and the wax around the wick drowns out the flame. Don't be concerned! Simply sponge up the melted wax with a handkerchief to observe the flame become stronger. If your candle isn't igniting, scrape away some of the wax surrounding the wick and relight it.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
